Roles and responsibilities
Managing risk & compliance activities at TBS Budapest hub with the support & assistance from central Risk & Compliance team.
To act as a site SPOC (single point of contact) for business teams, leadership, TBS central team and group team for any risk & compliance related matter.
Establish a good understanding of Tesco Risk Management & Compliance Programme.
Govern risk management & compliance charter for the Budapest hub
Engage proactively with business & support teams on various risk & compliance programme related activities.
Guide business & support teams on compliance related matters, policies, issues and actions.
Monitor & Report on various risk & compliance metrics and provide periodic updates to the leadership team.
Extend support on site audits and track next steps for closure.
Deliver risk & compliance induction session for new joiners, and govern mandatory trainings for the hub.
Establish a strong working relationship with local business teams, leadership & group-wide risk & compliance stakeholders.
Drive & support risk & compliance awareness campaigns.
You will be great in this role if you have:
A graduate in any discipline with understanding or prior experience in risk management or compliance or audit domains. Certifications like CISA, ISO31000, CIA, CIPP/E are an advantage.
At least 6-8 years in a risk manager or compliance manager role in any organization
Experience in leadership engagement and working with global risk & compliance teams
Good Communication & English Language Skills
Stakeholder Management
Presentation & Influencing Skills
Strong exposure to MS Office Tools (ex. PPT, Excel, Word etc.)
Experience in Excel based reporting & analysis
