The achievements of the 3rd JOBVERSE Job Fair
We provided visitors with numerous reasons to feel this way about our job fair and the feedback confirm this as well.
of our visitors gave a positive (8, 9, 10) rating because they felt JOBVERSE was more than just a job fair. Among them, 28,52%(!) rated the event the highest possible score.
Over 700 of our visitors seized the opportunity to receive counseling at our Counseling Workshop (Tanácsadó Műhely) and Health Island (Egészségsziget ).
Based on visitor’s feedback, nearly half of them (44,16%) spent 1-3 hours at the event. Hence, it’s essential for exhibitors to capture their attention through engaging activities and openness to ensure their visits.
However, our additional programs (presentations, counseling opportunities, Health Island, and experience elements), significantly extended visitors’ stay times, with 32.49% spending 3-5 hours and 10.11% spending 5-7 hours at JOBVERSE.
Only a small but dedicated group spent one or even two entire days at the event (5.29%+3.13%).

Our most popular job searching area was Trade/Sales, Marketing, HR (27.27%), with IT closely behind at 19.64%. Followed closely to each other by Other jobs with specialized knowledge, Engineering, technical, Finance, accounting, logistics, Administration, and Customer Service.

Over 70% of our visitors hold a university or college degree, with a significant proportion having secondary education (14.07%) and OKJ qualifications (13.10%). The percentage of individuals with elementary education is relatively low – many of them are still in secondary school (1.29%).

AGE DISTRIBUTION OF VISITORS
More than 60% of the visitors consist of university graduates (28,38%) or fresh graduates, with a few years of experience (32,03%). However, with our personalized and targeted communication, and conferences, we also successfully engaged the 35-44 age group (17,67%) and high school graduates (4,42%)
