Job description
As Assembly Technology Team Leader, you will manage a production support technology team of 10-12 engineers, supporting their day-to-day tasks. You will drive Key Performance Indicators within your area of responsibility and make sure that all projects are delivered on time, cost and fulfill high quality standards. You’d have the opportunity to work with an high skilled and dynamic team, providing them leadership, inspiring, coaching, and mentoring them as well as enabling them to achieve the goals within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
In your new role you will:
Develop strategic planning, setting of department objectives, defining KPIs and tracking them -continuous monitoring and development of production capacity;
Introduce new processes and increase the efficiency of existing systems;
Support the resolution of customer and internal complaints;
Continuous development and coordination of product and manufacturing quality;
Define various productivity and cost reduction projects and professional control of implementation;
Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the area of responsibility;
Keep cooperation with the project team, maintenance and machine suppliers.

You have a strong analytic work methodology, a great set of analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, that allow you to solve problems in an efficient way. Even when you are under pressure and facing complex situations, you remain focused on solutions, acting with resilience. You communicate clearly and efficiently, cooperating as a team player, acting to inspire and motivate, thus establishing good relationships and contributing to a great team environment.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University Degree in Automation engineering, Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing engineering or equivalent;
3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership and management;
Professional working experience in automotive manufacturing, would be an advantage;
Industry knowledge of assembly technologies (gluing, riveting, terminal bending);
Fluency in Hungarian and English.
