Main responsibilities:
– Controlling of project administration with customer and internal colleagues
– Work with the company leaders in HR related programs and projects
– Collaboration with payroll and business manager and employees will be a critical part of the job
– Handle the preparation for the ISO and Tax Authority audits
Qualification:
– Organized, self- motived, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication required along with solid understanding of a german family driven company initiatives
Skills:
– Good communication skills
– Team spirit, willingness to learn, ability to work independently
– English or German written and spoken
