Today, they own and operate various businesses and have investments with a base in sustainable industries. Hydro is through its businesses present in a broad range of market segments for aluminium, energy, metal recycling, renewables and batteries, offering a unique wealth of knowledge and competence.

Tasks
– Single point of contact within Core Infrastructure Services for any compliance and audit related topics, being the bridge between the GBS IT Compliance Organization and the technical teams within Core Infrastructure Services
– Act as an issue owner for audit issues
– Ensure that remediation tasks are updated
– Regular status update for audit management team
– Initiate date extensions or closure towards audit management team
– Compliance Control framework
– Risk and Compliance (RICO) controls and CEO KPI controls (based on CIS framework)
– Regular task to ensure carry out the indicator tasks (technical task)
– Act as issue owner/ assignee for compliance issues
– Operation compliance
– Coordinate a cooperate with regards to operational compliance issues
– Support the technical team members with their compliance and audit related tasks
– Member of the GBS IT compliance network
– Represent Core Infrastructure Services in this network

Requirements
– Min. 3-5 years total experience in preferably multiple IT technical areas
– Broad overview of multiple technical areas, focus on Microsoft based technologies and ITIL
– Advanced English (both spoken and written)
– Good communication and collaboration skills
– Analytical and process-based mindset
– Precision in administration
– Experience in compliance related areas is an advantage
– Hybrid work
