Roles and responsibilities
Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic
Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
Taking ownership of the issue
Escalating contacts efficiently
You will be great in this role if you have:
Graduate/ high school education
Advanced Czech or Slovakian language knowledge
Intermediate English knowledge
Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
Basic Computer Skills
Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
