NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Delivery Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within a cloud microservice platform
Collaborate with the distributed teams to determine necessary activities to successfully gain release timelines throughout the given product
Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams
Interaction with stakeholders toward optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
Expand customer relationships to foster account growth and maximize client satisfaction
Cultivate strong relationships within the teams, promoting collaboration, effective communication, and a positive work environment
Continuously improve project processes based on feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments
Tailor project management solutions that align with the client’s expectations about the delivery process
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, demonstrating a strong background in overseeing and successfully delivering projects in the IT industry
Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in the end-to-end delivery of products to meet customer needs
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English
Proactiveness in building and sustaining productive relationships connected to delivery processes, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
Readiness to help in providing strategy and improvements in the delivery process that best leverages firm resources and plans to meet customer expectations;
Charismatic leadership and direction to project team members, a desire to motivate colleagues through leading by example
Strong technical background to effectively communicate and collaborate with developers
Possessing high emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with stakeholders
Relentless enforcement of standard methodologies, processes, and tools. Evaluation and identification of potential redundant processes and tools, staying on top of the IT news
Willingness to continuously learn and acquire new skills, staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in project management
Readiness to improve your surroundings and contribute to making a positive impact in the world
