Job Description
You will be responsible for our LowCode Platform and the Robot Process Automation environment. You are a lead of product owners, business analysts and developers. Your team accelerates the companies’ digital transformation by offering intelligent automation solutions and faster integration of in-house legacy systems.
Carry out administrative functions, delegate responsibilities.
Engage and motivate talented business people to become citizen developers and speed up the digitalization within their organization.
Monitor the budget spending, with support of next year’s estimation and forecasting.
Lead by example in achieving personal fee targets and goals.
Proactively seek out new and innovative solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective systems to meet evolving business needs.
Work closely with the key business customers, stakeholders, external partners and all groups within the organization to evolve the software solutions and the platform.
Following and manage staff adherence to policies, procedures and frameworks.
Be involved in projects on a pro rata basis.
Qualifications
At least 3+ years of of experience in a comparable position, ideally in automotive industry
Experience in working in virtual teams in multinational organizations.
Ability to absorb complex technical and creative concepts and communicate them effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Broad understanding of all aspects of information systems and deep understanding in IT.
Profound knowledge in agile software development.
Good listener and communicator with superior organizational skills.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
Detail oriented and be able to handle work pressure.
Be able to work on own initiative.
Very good and effective communicator, fluent in English.
