Our partner is a stable, fast-growing manufacturing company in the field of FMCG. Due to their extension, they deliver their high-quality own-label products in more than 40 countries. They are a major player at the International and Hungarian market. Currently, they have 3 plants in Hungary.
They are looking for a Customer Account Specialist, who would be a first-point-of contact for the dedicated customers.
About this position
• Be a first-point-of contact for the dedicated customers, and provide information about the company and products
• Provide reports, forecast and analysis for Customers and Sales Manager about turnover, outstanding contracts, contract agreements, stock, invoices, etc.
• Cooperate with Sales Management and prepare analysis and forecast regarding orders and stock level
• Keep information in the customer-files up-to-date
Requirements
• University/college degree
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
• Experience in FMCG field is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both oral and written
• Analytical thinking
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
