Group Security reporting and data analyst expert
Purpose of the position
In the field of Group Security analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate the development and the delivery of the reporting solutions and analytics tools needed to address the key business needs, working together with other departments
• Deliver analytics and based on that generate meaningful business insights. Engage with her/his business teams for turning the data-based insights and recommendations into action through the relevant business and decision-making processes.
• Develop, pilot and implement analytical tools, reports and easy-to-understand visualizations (dashboards, presentations) and formulate recommendations as appropriate for driving action (preferred dashboarding platform is Microsoft Power BI).
• Identify gaps and issues with current data landscape, and contribute to the design and the delivery of solutions to resolve them
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

Requirements
• University/College degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field)
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, Power BI, data clearing and mining
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, power BI , and data visualization
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Strong skills in Power Bi, SQL, VBA,
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, machine learning
• Comfortably using MS Office applications, SAP, and machine learning is a strong advantage
• Driving licence and practice – Category B
