NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a HR Administrator in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafting of employment contracts
Completion, accounting and storage of work books
Formation of personal files
Maintaining the staff schedule and making changes
Preparation of reports — notification of admission to the tax office and other reports for company management
Conducting personnel administration in full: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, registration of vacations
Registration of vacations (annual, additional, social, vacations without saving s/p, etc.)
Keeping a time sheet
Issuance of disability certificates
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience of at least 1 years in a similar position (in the direction of personnel administration)
Experience at enterprises with more than 100 employees
excellent knowledge of Hungarian labor legislation and regulatory documents
Knowledge of the requirements for the registration of personnel documentation
Hungarian at least B2, Ukrainian (or Russian) B1-B2
Knowledge of English level intermediate (B1)
Ability to work with large amounts of information
Checking, editing and printing of primary documentation
Correspondence with counterparties in electronic form
Responsible attitude to work, accuracy, decency, and punctuality
Confident PC user, Word and Excel
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
WILL BE A PLUS:
