We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Analyst II. – Qualtrics (Senior Qualtrics Administrator) to join our team in a senior-level role. As an IT Analyst II. – Qualtrics (Senior Qualtrics Administrator), you will be responsible for leading the administration and management of our Qualtrics platform, driving strategic initiatives, and providing expert guidance on survey design, data collection, and analysis. What You Will Do:
– Strategic Qualtrics Platform Management:
Oversee the strategic planning, administration, and configuration of the Qualtrics platform.
Develop and implement best practices for survey design, data collection, and analysis to maximize the platform’s potential.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the Qualtrics platform with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
– Advanced Survey Design and Implementation:
Provide expert guidance on survey design, question development, and advanced logic implementation to ensure high-quality data collection.
Implement complex survey workflows, integrations, and advanced features to meet specific project requirements.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on surveys to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal functionality.
– Data Management and Reporting Excellence:
Establish robust data management processes to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Design and develop sophisticated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present survey data effectively to stakeholders.
Analyze survey results, identify actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations based on data trends.
– Project Management and Leadership:
Lead and manage large-scale survey projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Coordinate resources, establish project timelines, and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrators, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their adherence to best practices.
– Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market researchers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their survey requirements and provide expert guidance.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with the Qualtrics platform’s capabilities.
Act as a subject matter expert on survey research methodologies and data-driven decision-making practices.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, information systems, or psychology (or equivalent work experience). Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Senior Qualtrics Administrator or in a similar senior-level role, preferably in a large organization.
Exceptional proficiency in using the Qualtrics platform, including advanced survey design, distribution, reporting, and user management.
In-depth knowledge of survey design principles, data collection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Outstanding project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale survey projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their implications on survey research is a plus.
SAFe Agile certification or equivalent agile project management certification would be an advantage.
