Tasks
Monitors application performance and uptime via established IT monitoring practices and methods; License Management, document and analyze problems.
Work closely with business, IT and vendors to tune and troubleshoot problems.
Develop test plans to verify any enhancement or changes in the application.
Maintain system documentation.
Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with IT and business teams, ensuring business operations should not interrupt.
Set up administrator and service accounts.
Provide advice and training to end‐users.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Update and maintain system documentation (Technical Manual, Design Specification, etc.)
Lead and participate in software project implementations and major upgrade planning.
Participate in the evaluation of new systems. Collaborate with technical teams to develop documentation, change management, and support standards.
Perform deployments of application/product releases to production environments globally.
Review the governing regulations to ensure proper program support.
Work closely with the Office of Audits and ensure all appropriate controls and audit logs are in place.
Enable best practices, Process automation.

Requirements
Understand the workflow and process requirements of business units related to the application.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with adverse group of business and IT.
Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and complex troubleshooting methods.
Ability to work through ambiguous work situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands‐on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment.
Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.
Professional attitude and work habits.
Familiarity with Active Directory Federated Service and Azure Active Directory.
Ability to take ownership of an application and evangelize its proper use.
Detailed knowledge of the following:
o IT change management process
o Problem management procedures
o Day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally, and globally
