Your Tasks:
• Troubleshoot issues related to software and hardware (Windows and Mac)
• Breake & Fix onsite solutions
• Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral computer and networking hardware
• Work is located in Germany (Heidelberg/Ladenburg) – need to relocate
Your Skills:
• Minimum 2 years experience in direct PC and laptop hardware service
• Desk side support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows O/S and Mac OS
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
• Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software
• Good English Skills
