YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
Manages an Accounts Payable team responsible for various activities related to European, USA and Canada Freight invoice processing, vendor query handling and AP related issue resolution.
Ensures accurate and timely execution of team tasks and responsibilities
Supervises operational performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics
Ensures quality of Accounts Payable processes
Maintains compliance with internal controls, business rules and agreements
Establishes and maintains effective relationship with participants of the P2P process flow
Acts as a first level escalation point
Ensures proper staffing, development, and motivation of personnel
Handles personnel actions including objective setting, performance evaluation and feedback
Primary functional point of contact for projects or changes impacting supervised AP area
What YOU will bring to the team:
4+ years of AP (or comparable) experience in Shared Services environment
Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
People management skills, coaching others in their development
Ability to provide professional guidance to team members, resolve complex problems
Excellent problem-solving skills, pro-active attitude, and ability to drive for results
Solid end-to-end understanding of P2P processes
Role Model for peers and colleagues
Experience in people management or experience in directs work/ group coordination is an advantage
Other European language is an advantage
