Position Summary:
Work closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to ensure that all payrolls are delivered on time and accurately for assigned countries and locations.
Work under the supervision of the Regional Payroll Lead.
Areas of Responsibility:
Establish partnerships with local and global teams and third party providers to ensure effective payroll service delivery.
Manage all monthly and annual tasks of the assigned country (or countries) in cooperation with the payroll vendor and other stakeholders.
Continuously monitor payroll tasks and performance of the payroll vendor and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure payroll processes are completed in compliance with legal regulations as well as the company’s internal policies.
Actively participate in regional and global projects related to standardization, harmonisation, simplification and documentation of processes as required
Monitor and clarify data integrity issues between payroll system and HR system (or any other third party systems)
Handle employee requests within established SLAs.
Support any audit requests with necessary data and professional attitude
What YOU will bring to the team:
Min. 3 years of experience in the field of HR administration or payroll coordination
Bachelors degree
Experience in global payroll is an advantage
Fluent English and Dutch knowledge – in writing and speaking (other languages are a plus)
MS Office Knowledge
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong customer-focused attitude
