As a Quality Specialist, you will ensure high quality standards and continuous processes efficiency and improvement. In your new role you will:

Develop and improve Quality Plans, to assure harmonized requirements of manufacturing process, customer and engineering;
Assure technical regulation and standards;
Be responsible for integration projects;
Understand and analyze product requirements;
Keep close communication with project management teams.
our Profile
Although you are an analytical person, you have a teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills that allow you to be clear in your explanations. You also have an impeccable understanding of technical processes and a will to do your best work always focusing on quality. You are an experienced and driven QA engineer, capable of focusing on the customer requirements, with risk management skills, and a drive value through innovation mindset. You are pro-active, dynamic and energetic, always open to learn.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, Physics or related fields;
Relevant experience in Quality Management System and in Automotive Parts Manufacturing System;
Strong knowledge of Quality management theory, principles, methodologies and techniques;
Familiarity working with the Quality Management tools, such as FMEA, 8D, VDA6.3, 6-sigma Black/Green belt or LEAN;
Experience in layered audit;
Full understanding of IATF 16949/ISO9001/ISO14001 quality system requirements;
Developed skills in Project Management;
MS Office and SAP skills on a user level;
Advanced level of Hungarian (mandatory), Upper-intermediate English (mandatory), German would be a plus.
