AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition EME & APA to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will be a key contributor to a global standardized TA strategy and approach while also managing the assigned Region’s TA strategy, process, practices, operations, vendor management, RPO, metrics, reporting and group of Talent Acquisition professionals. The incumbent on this role can sit in Budapest (Hungary), Stoneleigh (UK) or Neuhausen (Switzerland) with hybrid or remote work possibilities.
As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Management team, this role acts as a multi – regional representative, playing a pivotal role in collaborating with other Global TA Management members. Through this collaboration, the incumbent contributes to the development of global strategies that are subsequently implemented and localized within their respective regions as part of their responsibility.
The Senior Manager will lead Talent Acquisition for EME and APA. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and driving ongoing improvements for our talent attraction strategy, hiring practices, structure, and tools (including managing vendors/partners), and systems that enable talent acquisition effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Design, implement, execute and own the functional TA strategy for your assigned regions, which includes the process, partners, workflow, structure to support our business leaders bringing in the talent they need to deliver their business results; Manage vendors/partners that help us bring in the talent we need into the company.
Drive comprehensive recruitment solutions that ensure excellent customer service and desired talent acquisition outcomes.
Project Manage multi-regional implementations per the Global TA strategy.
Oversee the EME / APA talent acquisition process from end-to-end, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessments. Ensure that the process is efficient, effective, and consistent with the organization’s talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Manage the multi-country RPO vendor relationship and delivery of outsourced recruitment services. Monitor KPIs and SLAs as well as direct the lifecycle activities for existing contracts.
Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function in EME / APA. Leverage metrics to drive TA excellence, performance, and data-informed decisions.
Lead, develop, coach and mentor talent acquisition leaders and team members setting targets and performance expectations for all personnel under purview.
Support the development and maintenance of our employer brand and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a consistent positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure that the TA function is aligned with the organization’s business priorities and objectives.
Partner with the Global Technical Skills Recruiting Lead to ensure alignment and success in hiring for critical skills within the assigned Region.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
10+ years of global or multi-national Talent Acquisition experience in a large complex organization with professional salaried, early career and hourly recruiting
5+ years’ of people management experience, leading leaders and the development of high performing TA teams
2+ years’ of RPO and vendor implementation and management experience
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage complex projects.
The Manger of Talent Acquisition will have experience leading and managing dispersed high-performance / outcomes-focused teams with a customer-centric approach.
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to utilize evidence-based data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive accountability within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to develop or enhance recruitment programs, policies, and procedures.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Advanced Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools – Knowledge of the SuccessFactors Recruitment module preferred
Leads change initiatives and ability to generate results through influence in a global environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues and problems both independently and collaboratively
Fluent in English
