Description
Euronet EFT division seeks to employ an IBMi System Administrator who will join the IT Core Systems Team.
Main tasks include:
– Supervise IBMi systems hardware and software and take action as required
– Supervise IBMI related systems like TAPELIB, STORAGE,SAN switches and take action as required
– Supervise Websphere servers and take action as required
– Supervise 3rd party applications – Mimix replication, Tango04 monitoring, SpectrumControls monitor etc.
– User support in variable situations
Requirements
– Experience at intermediate level in IBMi administration: security, backup-restore, user management, DB2, SQL, CL programming
– Fluent English in verbal and written
Advantage to have experience in some of the topics listed:
– IBMi external storage management and virtualization
– IBMi Virtual IO server management
– Brocade SAN switch management
– Websphere Application Server management (it has priority)
– Mimix replication and/or system monitoring
– Aldon Change management and support
