UNICEF GSSC is seeking enthusiastic and talented candidates to support the Recruitment Hub in Budapest, Hungary. You will have the opportunity to support the recruitment processes of UNICEF staff members worldwide by performing a wide range of activities related to the end-to-end recruitment process. To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
Experience in talent acquisition in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software is required.
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases is required.
Solid understanding of recruitment principles are required.
Experience using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to source potential candidates is required.
Experience in initial screening of candidates is required.
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Very good communication, sales, customer orientation and interpersonal skills required.
Language: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
Knowledge of another UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
