Your role in a nutshell:
To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees.
What you’ll do:
Provide expert contracting support including drafting, modifications, and negotiation for all type of deals, execution and implementation
Provide support to the roll-out of contracts falling into the scope of the team, negotiation, closure & implementation
Provide legal advice to stakeholders and general contract management support to enable the roll out of and closure of all relevant contracts in a timely manner to ensure achievement of revenue targets
Provide contract management support to customer negotiations to ensure achievement of revenue targets whilst minimizing and mitigating risks
Prepare guidance notes to the contracts for other departments in order to enhance speed and simplicity of contracting
Provides training to other departments – especially sales – on contracting related processes/ issues/ questions.
Be part of the creation and implementation of related legal processes and ensure continued compliance with set processes,
Prepare contract risk assessments
Support pro-forma local agreements, other standard and non-standard documents (as for eg. General terms and Conditions, NDA, LOI) and training materials
