Requirements
– Test Management Experience
– In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies (behaviour driven testing, etc.), best practices, and tools for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, with hands-on experience in executing and managing tests
– Test Automation Skills
– Test Management Tools
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of testers, provide mentorship and guidance
– Analytical Thinking
– Excellent communication and Collaboration skills
– Test Documentation Abilities
– Good English language skills are a must
